Founded and led by a team with almost three decades of experience at the apogee of automotive design and simulation engineering, we utilise cutting-edge materials and the latest simulation software to create the ultimate in motoring pleasure.
Our naturally aspirated, air-cooled 'M64' engines constitute peak engineering, with the famous flat 6 'Boxer' layout cores mated to 24-valve high-flow heads with individual 'drive by wire' throttle bodies. We employ lightweight forged billet aluminium pistons, lightweight forged titanium billet CNC'd con'rods and lightened and strengthened 'GT3+' crankshafts CNC'd from 722M24 high-carbon steel alloy. Our intake plenums use lightweight modified 'PA12' or Carbon Fibre materials with resonance chamber technology designed with the assistance of Computational Fluid Dynamics Modelling (CFD) software. This provides peak power over a much wider band of the 9500 RPM rev-range. The engine expels freely via equal length manifolds linked to dual 200-cell catalytic converters, exiting via driver-controlled, valved twin central-exit mufflers. Our engines are approximately 45 Kilos lighter than the stock engines.
Our bespoke aluminium cased 'G50' 6-speed gearboxes utilise the latest in materials technology and engineering to be both lighter and capable of handling 45% more power than the original units. They are geared for close ratio shifting pleasure up until the long overdrive 6th for comfortable 'drone free' motorway/highway cruising. These are mated to short throw shift mechanisms so each gear-change is a pleasure you'll want to keep indulging in.
Our braking systems employ 350mm Carbon Ceramic discs (CCM) front and rear with Brembo 6 and 4-piston monoblock calipers. We use the finest metal-braided brake-lines and road/street friendly pad materials. Our suspension is semi-active and dynamic with pre-defined settings controlled via the rotation of a knob in the cockpit. We embed a g-force sensor in the car, among other sensors, to read weight transfer live so for example, roll can be minimised in turns without the need for stiff anti-roll bars which can result in a harsh ride. Pitch and squat are also controlled dynsmicslly so we can have supple, forgiving suspension over broken surfaces whilst maintaining composure in turns and under hard acceleration and braking.
